How long will it take you to repair my items?

The standard time to complete your repair is 7 to 10 days. 


If we need a longer time frame to complete your repair we'll call you to let you know. If you need your repair complete by a particular date, just let us know and we'll try to accommodate. 


You'll receive a text message when your item is ready for pick up.

Where is the drop off and pick up location?

The drop-off and pick-up location is from our workshop and retail store. Located at 317 Walcott St, North Perth WA 6006. Open Monday to Friday 10am - 4pm, Saturday 9am - 1pm and closed Sunday


At Leather and Luggage, you can also shop from a wide range of luggage, backpacks, travel goods, and accessories.

For customers who live in regional or domestic areas contact us about postage options.

Can I post you my bag for repair?

Yes. If you live too far away we are happy to accept your repair by mail and post it back to you at your cost. Please contact us first with your inquiry. Please note that it is always preferred that you come in store for a consultation where we can inspect your bag.

Do you only use original replacement parts?

We'll always first try to repair an original fitting. For designer handbags, it is not possible to obtain branded fittings as brands won't supply them due to the counterfeit trade.


With our service of suitcase repairs, we use original brand parts whenever possible. It is not always possible when cases have been purchased internationally.

How much will my repair cost?

Pricing is determined by the time and the type of service requested on each individual bag.

You are welcome to contact us prior to coming in with a description and photos and we should be able to give you a price range.

We can only give you a firm quote for the work to be carried out when we have inspected your bag in person as each item is so varied
